DigiTribe reached 100 employees milestone, moved headquarters.

consulting - event - transformation

We have onboarded our 100th consultant at the end of last year, up from roughly 50 in 2021. To accomodate the growth, we even had to move to larger offices. We have similar growth ambitions for 2023, but are also looking at other regions.

DigiTribe has had a record year 2022 and moved into new, in-house offices in Auderghem to accommodate growth in November 2022. We reached the milestone of 100 consultants at the end of 2022, doubling our workforce from a year earlier. As a consequence, our revenue rose 30% to 15 million euros. In 2023, we will target double digit growth once again, amongst others by internationalising our offering.

With our consultancy services in three areas of expertise, namely ICT architectures and the cloud, cyber security, change management and digital transition, DigiTribe is developing to the rhythm of the current wave of corporate digitisation.

Three tribes as growth engines

“DigiTribe accompanies clients in the realisation of digital transformation plans. Cocreation is key in this. It is the advanced expertise of our consultants and our individual follow-up that distinguishes us from the competition. We manage to deliver services with a very high added value. In 2023, we want to expand our team of consultants once again and establish an academy for individual growth. We have already recruited additional staff so that we are ready to take a new step in our development," said CEO François Lecocq.

To support its strong growth, DigiTribe invested heavily in operational support and sales and marketing in 2022. We onboarded new staff, implemented new sales tools and also a new visual identity, and ultimately moved to new 500 m² premises at Hermann-Debroux Avenue 42 in Auderghem, also our new headquarters.

International ambitions

Since his arrival in 2021, our COO Benoit Carlier was able to analyse and structure the go-to-market strategy and our financial processes. Benoit intends to further integrate our three tribes: "Our specialisations are crystal clear. By focusing on these core services, we streamline our sales approach and also accelerate cross-selling. In addition, we will develop our commercial activities, initially in our home country. We will open a branch in Antwerp to be even closer to our Flemish customers. But we also foresee a second branch in one of the neighbouring countries, where we are already active."
